Our delivery options may vary depending on your delivery location. 

Delivery between 9am - 9pm, Monday to Saturday. 

Receive your purchases in 2-14 working days after your order has been accepted

     

    TAXES AND DUTIES

    We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

     

    TRACK YOUR ORDER

    Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. 

    Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email/SMS so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account. 

    Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We work closely with our delivery partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

     

    RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

    You have 14 days from the date you have received your goods to exchange your purchase. If you decide to exchange your purchase, please contact us via email with the below details: 

    1. Your serial number or purchase record 
    2. The reason for exchange 
    3. What style or size you would like to exchange for  

    We will verify your purchase and confirm if the goods that you would like to exchange for is available, together with the return and exchange procedure.  

    Items must be returned to us unused with all WASHI tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.  

    There’s no cost to exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour (subject to availability when you request a return). Except if you’re based outside of Hong Kong SAR (China), taxes and duties are applicable. 

     

    OUR RETURN POLICY

    We do not accept refund for product.
    We only accept exchange of product. 

    All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place , with  all WASHI tags attached to them. This includes all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable exchange accordingly. 

    Repeated Returns 

    We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your WASHI account or future orders being refused.

    Late Returns

    Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Late returns are not accepts for exchange. 

    Colour Differences 

    We have made every effort to display the colour of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
