Can I add additional items to my submitted order?

Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it. In alternatives, you may submit a new order for additional items.

Where is my order?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email quoting an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order status online by checking into MY ACCOUNT.

For orders to be delivered by our appointed courier, You can use the tracking information provided in your shipping acknowledgement notice via email/sms to track the delivery status via the respective courier’s website/app.
